The Legislative Subcommittee is a subcommittee representing the voice of women through ICSEW. The subcommittee is responsible for creating, sponsoring, or recommending changes to legislation, rules, regulations, and policies relating to improving the conditions of state-employed women.

Legislative Tracking Tool - If you are interested in following certain bills going through the legislative session, you can create and organize a tracking system when you register for an account.

HR12 - Paycheck Fairness Act - Check the latest status of HR12, which will amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for other purposes.
